Regular meetings
of the Board of Directors are scheduled on the third Thursday
of the even months (except in April and December as noted) and
are held at Shoney's Restaurant, 1177 Sniders Highway in Walterboro,
South Carolina, unless otherwise published. Dinner is served
at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting immediately follows. |
