Regular meetings
of the Board of Directors are scheduled on the third Thursday
of the even months (except in December as noted) and are held
at the Longhorn Steakhouse, 98 Ladson Street in Walterboro,
South Carolina, unless otherwise published. Dinner is served
at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting immediately follows.
